The catch: most of what I make abstains from dairy, heavy amounts of wheat and other grains that
contain a lot of insoluble fiber, alcohol, heavy fats, and artificial sugars.  Why?
I have flares related to IBS and avoiding these foods make my tummy – and me! – feel a whole lot better.
